Build Calm, Confidence, and Academic Resilience
It’s not about “fixing” you or telling you what to do. It’s about building the skills you need to handle stress, stay focused, and navigate challenges in a way that actually works for you.
At Peace Warriors, academic coaching is a signature strength. With 20 years in education, I’ve seen how student life has changed. COVID disruption, 24/7 digital connection, and increasing academic pressure have reshaped childhood and adolescence.
Students today need more than medication. They need tools for:
Managing stress
Organizing time
Strengthening focus
Building confidence
Developing resilience
Even students thriving on medication benefit from learning: executive functioning, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, motivation, and brain-based learning strategies.
Coaching That Works
This isn’t tutoring. It’s academic + mindset coaching — a trusted guide who supports, challenges, and encourages without judgment.
We focus on:
✔ Executive functioning & time management
✔ Study strategies grounded in learning science
✔ Stress regulation & emotional resilience
✔ Motivation & academic self-efficacy
✔ Confidence that lasts
As a Peace Warrior Coach, I help students navigate anxiety, perfectionism, social stress, or feeling overwhelmed. You are the expert on yourself — I bring the tools, experience, and guidance. Together, we build calm, capability, and confidence.
Be a Peace Warrior. Learn to trust yourself. Build resilience. Succeed with confidence.
Ayesha Hai Syed
Meet the Founder
Peace Warriors was founded by Ayesha Hai Syed—an educator of over 20 years, former International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme Coordinator, and Certified Youth Well-Being and Resilience Coach.
Her work in schools—and her lived experience as a parent—revealed a simple truth: resilience isn’t about pushing harder or avoiding struggle. It’s about learning how to pause, reflect, ask for support, stay grounded in your values, and move forward with self-trust.
During the pandemic, Ayesha witnessed how deeply disruption, isolation, and uncertainty impacted people. While academic gaps were addressed, the emotional impact often lingered beneath the surface. Peace Warriors was created to meet that unmet need—supporting youth and adults with the inner tools schools and workplaces don’t always have the time or structure to teach or cultivate.
